Refund Policy
At Locogic, we prioritize quality and transparency in the delivery of our services. Therefore, we offer a refund period of up to 15 calendar days from the date of purchase or contract, provided that a substantial portion of the service has not been initiated and the solution has not been installed, used, or integrated into the client’s production environment.
No refunds will be issued for solutions that have been deployed, used, or integrated into production environments, regardless of the time elapsed since delivery.
Custom software development, consulting services, or any other personalized work is non-refundable once technical execution has begun, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of a proven failure on our part.
Each project is governed by a specific contract that outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refunds. In case of any discrepancy, the provisions in the signed contract will prevail.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number or project reference and the reason for your request. We will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or conflict with the contractual agreement.
